BACOLOD CITY – A 20-year-old man was arrested again for a drug offense at Purok Ceriza II, Barangay 27, last Saturday.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-6 Regional Special Enforcement Team (RSET) Bravo led the buy-bust operation, which resulted in the confiscation of 10 sachets or 50 grams of suspected shabu worth P340,000.
The operation was launched against the suspect following information from the community about his alleged illegal activity, according to the PDEA.
The suspect, tagged as a high-value target, was arrested for the same offense in August last year but was later released through a plea bargaining agreement.
A PDEA agent, who requested anonymity, said the suspect is currently under probation.
