As the country’s largest land transport operator, the group reiterated its commitment to providing safe, reliable, and affordable bus services that strengthen connectivity and stimulate economic activity.
Co-founder Olivia V. Yanson said the company remains focused on delivering safe and cost-effective transport solutions, noting that mobility plays a key role in boosting demand for public transportation.
During the annual stockholders’ meetings of its major subsidiaries Monday, the Yanson Group highlighted the operational stability of Goldstar Bus Transit Inc. and Ceres Transport Inc. (CTI), both of which are integral to its inter-regional connectivity strategy.

CTI likewise held its annual meeting, reappointing Leo Rey as chairman and president and Olivia as treasurer and corporate secretary.
Goldstar Bus continues to operate franchised provincial routes linking Batangas City and Metro Manila via the South Luzon Expressway, with stops in Alabang and Cubao.
Based in Batangas City, CTI operates long-haul routes connecting Metro Manila to key destinations in the Visayas and Mindanao, including Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Kalibo, Dumaguete City, and Zamboanga City.
These franchised routes support inter-island passenger movement and play a critical role in promoting tourism, commerce, and workforce mobility between the National Capital Region and major provincial hubs.
Both subsidiaries reiterated their focus on maintaining high safety standards and service reliability in line with national transport objectives, as the Yanson Group continues to support regional commerce and workforce mobility through its extensive bus network.
