Head coach of the Mighty Sports PH, Charles Tiu, announced on his social media account that King Eagle Thirdy Ravena will be suiting up for the team in the 31st Dubai International Basketball Championship.
Right after coach Tiu’s announcement on Twitter, Ravena then posted Mighty Sports’ logo on his Instagram account with the caption “see you there.”
Joining him in the roster is his UAAP rivals such as UP’s de Liaño brothers Juan and Javi, former NU Bulldog star Dave Ildefonso, Kai Sotto, and La Salle’s Jamie Malonzo.
This will be Ravena’s first tournament stint as an Ateneo graduate, and coach Tiu expressed his excitement of the knowledge that Ravena can impart with the team as a Tab Baldwin student.
The young guns of Mighty Sports will be joined by Gilas Pilipinas veteran import Andray Blatche and Beau Belga of the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters.
