THE Technical Institute of Iloilo City (TIIC) Bo. Obrero Campus started accepting applications for skills trainings on March 4 to 29, 2019.
TIIC in Bo. Obrero offers free technical-vocational courses Beauty Care NC II, Cookery NC II, Computer Systems Servicing NC II, Consumer Electronics Serving NC II, Food and Beverages Services NC II, Dressmaking NC II, and Computer Literacy.
Mayor Jose Espinosa III encouraged residents to obtain skills which they can use in working and earning money.
Trainings will start in April to June with sessions from 8:00a.m. to 12:00 noon or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Applicants must be a city resident and high school graduate. Following requirements are needed for applicants: voters identification card or voters certificate or Commission on Elections (Comelec) certification, barangay certification, community tax identification (cedula), certified true copy of Form 138 or diploma for high school graduate, certified true copy of transcript of records or diploma for college graduate, two copies of 1×1 ID picture, and one long plastic envelope and one long folder.
