After clinching both the Iloilo and Regional National Basketball Training Center tournament titles last 2019, the Sta. Clarita International School Primes are ready to defend their title in their quest for back-to-back championships.
Despite the loss of their key players from their last year’s championship roster, the coach Rodel Camacho-led squad is ready for anything and will do what it takes to defend their title.
With the NBTC-Iloilo kicking off this coming January 11, 2020, the Primes are all set and prepared for the prized tournament.
Joining different basketball leagues in preparation for the NBTC-Iloilo just to improve their team chemistry and cohesion, the Primes have soared high and ended on a promising note.
They garnered the second place during the JB Amateur Basketball League Elite I Division, falling short against the powerhouse Uniwheels Cars Display team, and are currently joining the Mayor Jerry P. Treñas Dinagyang Basketball Cup as Asialink/E&C Trucking and proving that they can bang bodies with the big boys.
Winning this year’s NBTC eliminations will grant them another trip to Manila for the NBTC National Finals.
