WITH the Iloilo City government’s plan of reviving the Iloilo Basketball League (IBL), some companies and organizations already expressed their interest and even confirmed their participation.
Some of the teams who confirmed their participation were Solane LPG Gas Company, Iloilo Mission Hospital, Hercor College of Roxas City, Toto Tia Ten Trucking Company, contractor Ronald Espora’s team, and a team sponsored by the Biron family.
In an interview, Iloilo City Executive Assistant for Sports Development Rudiver Jungco said the help and support of the teams and people who show their desire and excitement in the revival of the league will make the process faster.
Members of the Mustang Basketball Club of Iloilo visited the office of Sports Development to show their support for IBL’s return.
