The Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VI awarded a plaque of recognition and a token of appreciation to Offspring Water Equipment Parts and Installation Services for its outstanding support of the agency’s statistical programs.
Owner and manager Elmer G. Fresnido was recognized for his company’s active participation, accurate reporting, and timely submission of data for the Monthly Integrated Survey of Selected Industries and the Producer Price Survey.
These efforts have contributed significantly to the generation of key economic indicators used in the estimation of the National and Regional Accounts of the Philippines, according to the PSA.
Offspring Water Equipment Parts and Installation Services specializes in the installation of water systems, equipment parts, consumables, and water treatment solutions.
The Iloilo-based company is dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality services tailored to the specific needs of its clients.
The recognition was announced during the 2024 Economic Performance of Western Visayas press conference held April 22, 2025, at Sam’s 21 Hotel in Iloilo City.
PSA Iloilo Officer-in-Charge Jerry L. Dolutan accepted the award on behalf of Fresnido.
On April 23, 2025, the plaque was personally delivered to Fresnido by PSA RSSO VI Statistical Specialist II Jenelyn B. Hisuan at his office in Iloilo City.
The PSA emphasized that the success of its data collection initiatives relies heavily on the dedication and responsiveness of its survey participants.
The agency expressed its sincere appreciation for the role of respondents in ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and relevant statistics.
