Whole food, Plant-centered Diet
In a pyramid of Plant-centered Diet, an individual is encouraged to eat more of fruits and green leafy vegetables, grains, and beans. There is no room for beef, poultry, fish, dairy, and cheese.
Three to four servings of fruits and vegetables, 2-3 servings of beans, lentils and seeds and 2-3 servings of whole grains with water is considered a healthy diet. This diet was proven by research to treat, reverse and prevent chronic diseases like Diabetes. Heart Disease, Stroke, Autoimmune Disease, and Cancer.
