The most awaited debut for the Rebisco franchise’s new team in the Premier Volleyball League did not disappoint as Choco Mucho cruised past Bali Pure in straight sets fashion, 25-12, 25-18, 25-18.
The towering Choco Mucho flew high and pummeled the ball with gusto as the young team gave Bali Pure a beating.
Kat Tolentino and Maddie Madayag were too much for the opposing team as both bullied Bali Pure’s middle blockers en route to a dominating win.
Tolentino chipped in 14 points and Madayag had 11 in their impressive debut game.
Despite the absence of UAAP Season 81 Finals MVP Bea De Leon, Choco Mucho showed surprising confidence going into the game as the former Ateneo Lady Eagles pumped up the team.
Acy Masangkay bagged best player of the honors as she tallied 18 excellent sets with an impressive 13 digs.
