Two Pinoys will be representing the country in the prized 2020 NBA 2K League Asia-Pacific Invitational in Nexon Arena, South Korea.
Custer George Galas and Aminolah Polog, both full-blooded Pinoys, managed to land in the top 20 of the international rankings among players from Australia, Philippines, China, New Zealand, and South Korea.
Grinding it out in each and every available tournament for point acquisition and ranking, both finally found their break after pushing through during last year’s NBA 2K International tournament featuring 198 participants from all over 10 countries.
They will now try to vie for a slot in the tournament finals which will be live-streamed on January 21, 2020 on the NBA 2K League’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
