BACOLOD City – The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) kicks off the PICE Week celebration with the opening of its display gallery at the SM Mall here today, Nov 6, 2021.
The PICE week celebration slated Nov 6-13, 2021 is themed “Working Civil Engineers amid the pandemic.”
PICE-Negros Occidental president, Engr. Agnes Glia Gayona Mabag said the opening of the display gallery happens after a motorcade on major roads of the city.
Set to lead the event are Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia and Departmnent of Public Works and Highways regional director Engr. Lea Delfinado who also was a past president of NOC-PICE.
The celebration is part of the Civil Engineering Month celebration this month of November.
Mabag said part of the celebration is a forum on Civil Engineers: Role of Supervisors on Nov 19.
