PCPC named top taxpayer in Iloilo province
Palm Concepcion Power Corporation (PCPC), the owner and operator of a 135-megawatt coal-fired power plant in Concepcion, Iloilo, has been recognized as the leading real property taxpayer in Iloilo Province. For the calendar year 2023, PCPC paid Php 29,401,813.78 in real property taxes, securing the top position in the corporate category.

Palm Concepcion Power Corporation (PCPC), the owner and operator of a 135-megawatt coal-fired power plant in Concepcion, Iloilo, has been recognized as the leading real property taxpayer in Iloilo Province.
For the calendar year 2023, PCPC paid Php 29,401,813.78 in real property taxes, securing the top position in the corporate category.
The accolade was awarded on June 26, 2024, during the Awarding Ceremony of Top Taxpayer for Real Property and Other Provincial Taxes for CY 2023, held at Zuri Hotel Suites.
PCPC’s achievement highlights its commitment to tax compliance and its role as a significant contributor to the province’s revenue.
Following PCPC, other top taxpayers included Dynasty Management and Development Corp., 8990 Housing Development Corp., Property Company of Friends, Inc., and Global Estate Resorts Inc.
The Office of the Provincial Treasurer thanked PCPC for its exemplary tax compliance, recognizing the company as a valued partner in supporting the province’s financial health.
