BACOLOD City – AU and Sons Merchandising Inc. (AUSMI) recently held a simple ground breaking ceremony for its new project AIU CENTRE, a PEZA Registered Information Technology Building strategically located in Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City.
The 10-storey building has modern facilities including green features and a floor plate of 2,100.00 square meters. Target completion is in the first quarter year 2024.
AUSMI is known in the industry as a Bacolod based premier developer of Build to Suit (BTS) Facilities for BPO and multinational companies operating in Negros Island.
