NEARSOL Celebrates 10 Years

This year, NEARSOL celebrates a decade of bridging gaps, high-level customer service, and profitable solutions!

The year was 2006 when NEARSOL began real estate operations in the US.  Onwards, it added customer service, back-office support, logistics, and appointment setting to its menu and by 2011, it had reestablished its brand to include a thriving outsourcing and implementation solutions provider.

In 2012, NEARSOL expanded by putting up its second location in Guatemala City, which also became home to its third, fourth, and fifth site!

By 2016, it was awarded “Best Contact Center in the BPO center”.  And by 2017, NEARSOL had established its presence in Asia by building its first center in the Philippines.  Two more sites in Iloilo City would follow in 2018 and 2020.

NEARSOL now operates various hubs in the US, Colombia, Guatemala, and the Philippines.  It employs more than thousand seats worldwide and services Top 500 clients around the globe.  NEARSOL has recently been Great Place to Work™ – certified.

Lockdown notwithstanding, the NEARSOL global team celebrates its 10th year with a bigger bang!  On May 7, NEARSOL directors, department heads, employees, and stakeholders worldwide are holding a groundbreaking anniversary party via Zoom. It will be a simultaneous event of remembering roots and celebrating the years that were.   Global sites will be allowed to hold their parties on-site as allowed by local safety protocols.

Congratulations NEARSOL for bringing the world 10 years of exceptional service!  You have lived Always Customer Service as your battlecry!  Continue to exceed customer expectations! Cheers to decades more of alliances, great working relationships, and family culture!
