MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power) has launched its first Transformer Awareness Campaign to help large commercial, industrial, and government accounts better maintain high-voltage transformers.
The initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering quality service and reducing power interruptions through proactive customer engagement.
Spearheaded by the Key Accounts Group under the Customer Care Department, the campaign aims to equip clients with practical knowledge to properly care for high-voltage assets and prevent outages.
Transformer health within customer premises can significantly affect the wider distribution system if not maintained properly, leading to ripple effects that impact nearby consumers and operations.
The program seeks to promote safety standards, improve system reliability, and reinforce the importance of MORE Power’s extended technical services.
The pilot phase focuses on best practices in safe handling, routine maintenance procedures, and early detection of transformer issues.
This effort forms part of MORE Power’s broader strategy to minimize unplanned outages and enhance grid stability through close collaboration with major power users.
