WHO will be the Ruby MassKara Queen?
The 10 candidates who will vie for the MassKara Queen 2019 title will be chosen on Saturday, July 27, 2019.
Screening is set 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the 4th Floor, Function Hall of Ayala Malls Capitol Central.
Interested applicants must be 17 to 23 years old and at least 5’4” in height. Girls below 5’4” and are older than 23 need not apply.
Applicants must be a bona fide resident of Bacolod, currently enrolled in any school, a resident of Negros Occidental but with relatives in Bacolod City or a resident of Negros Occidental who works in Bacolod for at least one year before the coronation.
The aspirant must wear a cocktail dress and light make-up to the screening and must bring the following: Accomplished application form, updated bio-data, birth certificate, close-up photo (3R size), full body photo (3R size), and proof of schooling, residence, or employment.
