Reports indicated that the victim was driving his motorcycle when the incident occurred. He was navigating Barangay Tahing, Calinog, around 7:30 p.m. when the suspect, identified as Monè Gallego, waylaid him. The suspect then shot him with a 12-gauge shotgun.
