Four curfew violators nabbed

ROXAS CITY, Capiz— Four persons who violated curfew hours were arrested Monday at Brgy Baybay here.
Among those arrested by the police were Teudy Gallaza, 51, of Pandacan Manila; Hazel Rose Delino, 22, of Maayon; and Rocel Candido, 27, of Barangay Enseñagan, Panitan, Capiz. They were temporarily residing at Don Condrado, Barangay Baybay here.
Also arrested was Shiela Delay, 36, owner of the sari-sari store where the three persons drank liquor that night.
Meanwhile, 5,181 curfew violators were nabbed in Western Visayas a month after the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) because of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
In a statement, Police Brigadier General Rene Pamuspusan, Police Regional Office 6 director, said 5,068 violators were warned, 57 were fined, and 56 were arrested.
