The buzz about the elite player acquisitions by the different teams joining the JB Amateur Basketball League II Elite Division is still not over.
A former member of the Iloilo United Royals in the MPBL and no stranger to the Ilonggo basketball community, Gerry Antonio Abadiano has also decided to take part in the league, joining team Malditos.
Also, Abadiano was one of the main gunners during Iloilo Doctor’s College championship dynasty during their 2014-2015 campaign where he helped the squad clinch the 2014 ISAA title and the 2015 ILORPISAA championship.
Considered as one of the elite guards in Iloilo, Abadiano’s arrival in team Malditos automatically make them a championship-contending team after a disappointing finish last year.
Abadiano’s decision to join the tournament will only add anticipation as other elite players also expressed their commitment to join the league.
Miguel Sasuman, Jim Sencil, Ryan Calamaan and now Abadiano are some of the new faces that will surely result in an explosive JB ABL II.
