FedEx Philippines wins top HR Asia workplace awards

Federal Express Corporation has been named one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025, reaffirming its leadership in employee engagement, innovation, and sustainability.

The recognition was awarded through HR Asia’s Total Engagement Assessment Model, which evaluates companies based on employee sentiment, workplace culture, and human resource practices.

FedEx Philippines also took home two additional honors—the Sustainable Workplace Award and the Tech Empowerment Award—for its excellence in long-term employee well-being, environmental responsibility, and technology-driven workforce development.

The Sustainable Workplace Award celebrates companies that embed sustainability into their organizational culture and operations, focusing on employee welfare and eco-conscious initiatives.

The Tech Empowerment Award honors companies that leverage digital technologies to improve employee experience, foster innovation, and build agile work environments.

In addition to the triple win, FedEx was also recognized at the HR Excellence Awards 2025 Philippines, earning Gold in Excellence in Cross-Generational Workforce Management and Leadership Development.

The company also received Silver in Excellence in Best HR Team (Multinational Company), further underscoring its strong commitment to talent development and HR excellence.
