FedEx Philippines also took home two additional honors—the Sustainable Workplace Award and the Tech Empowerment Award—for its excellence in long-term employee well-being, environmental responsibility, and technology-driven workforce development.
“This triple win is a powerful testament to the dedication of our people and the strength of the FedEx People-Service-Profit philosophy,” said Maribeth Espinosa, managing director of FedEx Philippines.
“Our Purple Promise is to deliver an outstanding FedEx experience at every touchpoint, starting with how we support and care for our team members,” she added.
Espinosa said the recognitions will continue to inspire FedEx to promote inclusivity, embrace digital innovation, and expand sustainable practices in its workplace and operations.
The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is a premier recognition platform that attracts participation from Fortune 500 firms, multinational companies, and leading employers across the region.
The Sustainable Workplace Award celebrates companies that embed sustainability into their organizational culture and operations, focusing on employee welfare and eco-conscious initiatives.
The Tech Empowerment Award honors companies that leverage digital technologies to improve employee experience, foster innovation, and build agile work environments.
In addition to the triple win, FedEx was also recognized at the HR Excellence Awards 2025 Philippines, earning Gold in Excellence in Cross-Generational Workforce Management and Leadership Development.
The company also received Silver in Excellence in Best HR Team (Multinational Company), further underscoring its strong commitment to talent development and HR excellence.
FedEx emphasized that these awards reflect its broader mission to deliver positive impact for people, communities, and the environment through a values-driven workplace culture.
