From September 3 to October 7, 2024, guests can enjoy 20% off the prevailing Best Available Rate for non-accredited tourism enterprises and 25% off for DOT-accredited tourism enterprises. This special offer is available at Go Hotels, Go Hotels Plus, Summit Hotels, and Grand Summit Hotels, providing travelers exceptional value and comfort.

For those looking to indulge in luxury, Westin Manila and the twin towers of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn all located in Ortigas CBD offers the same discount rates on a minimum two-night stay. Meanwhile, Fili Nustar Cebu and Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu will both apply the same discount rates of 20% and 25% based on DOT accreditation. This special promotion ensures travelers the perfect time to explore and unwind.

The promotion is available for walk-ins, email and direct calls to the properties. To avail the discount, the tourism worker must show their valid work ID and to enjoy the additional 5% discount, they should also show a photo or proof of their or employer’s DOT accreditation. Selling period is until October 7 for stays until October 8, 2024.

In alignment with this celebration, DOT-NCR has launched the “Into the Heart of the City” campaign, featuring a seven-minute audiovisual presentation (AVP) that captures the essence of Metro Manila.

The video interprets Gabby Malvar’s essay, showcasing the city’s diverse culture, historical sites, and everyday life through a montage of time lapses, tracking shots, and wide-angle views.

The campaign aims to inspire domestic and international travelers to explore the unique and authentic experiences that Metro Manila offers, and for tourism workers, it provides an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the city they work in, enhancing their ability to provide memorable experiences for travelers.
