BACOLOD City – A man who was previously arrested for a drug offense in Aklan was again nabbed in a drug bust at Purok Mahimayaon, Barangay Bata here yesterday.
Police identified the suspect as Jordan Juris Prudencia, 39.
Police Captain John Christopher Masangkay, head of Police Station 5, said Prudencia rented a room in a boarding house in the village for several months now.
But they have yet to determine his hometown, as they continue to check his background.
Recovered from Prudencia were 16 grams of suspected shabu worth P104,000, the P300 marked money, an improvised tooter, and an improvised water pipe. The operation was in coordination with the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU).

Masangkay said the suspect is said to be a street level individual who allegedly sourced illegal drugs from a supplier outside Negros Occidental.
Prudencia allegedly received his supply through a courier in San Carlos City.
Masangkay said the suspect allegedly distributes the illegal substance in Barangays Bata and Banago here, and possibly outside the city as well.
Drug charges are being readied against Prudencia, who has yet to be reached for comment while being detained at the police station.
