It runs in the blood.
On Feb. 28, 2026, Eman Bacosa Pacquiao, the son of Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, flaunted his much-improved skill set after pulling off a fourth-round technical knockout (TKO) victory over Indonesia’s Reynold Kundimang during the “Kumong Bol-anon XXIV” event at the Bohol Cultural Center in Tagbilaran City.
Entering the highly anticipated matchup with a seven-fight winning streak, Pacquiao proved to be too much for the visiting pug, immediately stepping on the gas pedal as soon as the official match bell rang.
However, Kundimang found some early momentum after penetrating Pacquiao’s tight guard with quick right jabs, followed by a tricky left straight, which the son of the sport’s only eight-division world champion solved in a jiffy.
To evade Kundimang’s unorthodox approach, Pacquiao banked on his sneaky left hand, which countered the Indonesian’s successive jabs.
Also, Pacquiao targeted Kundimang’s body, which slowed him down and neutralized his work rate as the rounds progressed.
All hell broke loose in the second round as Pacquiao scored back-to-back knockdowns, both using his left hand, that steered him to one-sided scoring on the official cards.
Pacquiao’s body shots in the opening round took effect as Kundimang’s pace was never the same, receiving a flash left hand for the first knockdown, followed by a left straight to seal the second round with a convincing advantage.
The third round still favored Pacquiao as he officially pulled away with two more knockdowns, first with a body shot, then a vicious left uppercut, landing cleanly on Kundimang’s jaw.
Everyone in the venue stood up as they felt Pacquiao could finish Kundimang after the fourth knockdown, but the Indonesian surprisingly got up and continued to fight for his life.
With only 2:26 remaining in the fourth round, Pacquiao finished Kundimang with a lethal punch to his midsection.
The official match referee quickly waved off the fight after the Indonesian struggled to maintain his balance.
The win improved Pacquiao’s professional record to seven wins, four knockouts and one loss, while Kundimang dropped to nine wins and seven losses.
