The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) announced that registration for the E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark is free for all DTI-registered micro enterprises.
Micro enterprises, defined as businesses with assets of up to PHP 3 million, will only pay PHP 100 for a web administration fee and PHP 30 for a documentary stamp, bringing the total to PHP 130.
Small businesses with assets ranging from PHP 3,000,001 to PHP 15 million will receive a 50% discount on their initial Trustmark registration fee.
They will pay PHP 500 for the application fee, PHP 100 for the web administration fee, and PHP 30 for the documentary stamp, with a total cost of PHP 630.
Medium enterprises with assets above PHP 15 million are required to pay the full Trustmark registration fee.
The breakdown for medium enterprises is PHP 1,000 for the application fee, PHP 100 for the web administration fee, and PHP 30 for the documentary stamp, totaling PHP 1,130.
The DTI emphasized that Trustmark registration is mandatory for all online merchants, e-retailers, and digital platforms under Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 25-12.
To give businesses more time to comply, the registration period has been extended until December 31, 2025.
Applications can be filed online through the official Trustmark portal at https://trustmark.dti.gov.ph.
