A total of 18 micro, small, and medium enterprises participated in a digitalization workshop for PFN processors on May 26, aimed at strengthening their ability to integrate digital automation into business operations.
The workshop provided MSMEs with practical knowledge and skills on using digital tools and automated systems to improve productivity, streamline business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Peter Paul Dayanan, chief executive officer and owner of Paul Kaldi Coffee and founder of Altiora Digital Solutions, served as the resource speaker.
Dayanan shared insights on digital transformation, automation strategies, and the importance of using technology to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving business environment.
He emphasized how MSMEs can maximize digital solutions to improve workflow management, customer engagement, and business sustainability.
The activity was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry Iloilo, with support from Trade and Industry Development Specialist Lakambini Regalado and the DTI Iloilo team, who facilitated the workshop.
DTI Iloilo said initiatives like this continue to empower local MSMEs by equipping them with skills and knowledge that promote business growth, resilience, and competitiveness in the digital age.
