ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 44-year-old former “drug surrenderer” was arrested anew in a buy-bust operation Wednesday afternoon at Brgy. Badiangon in President Roxas, Capiz.
The joint teams of the Pilar PNP, Pontevedra PNP, and Pres. Roxas PNP nabbed Albert Estrella of said place.
Recovered from the suspect were seven sachets of suspected illegal drugs and P500 marked money.
Police estimated the value of the suspected shabu at P6,800.
Estrella is presently detained at the President Roxas Municipal Police Station. He will be charged for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
