ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Another person was arrested Thursday afternoon for allegedly selling illegal drugs here.
The Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of the Roxas City Police Station and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) collared Alfonso Acepcion, 50, in a drug sting operation at Pueblo De Panay in Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City.
Recovered from Acepcion were three sachets of suspected illegal drugs, P500 marked money and a cellular phone.
Charges for violations of Republic Act No. 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being readied against the suspect who is now detained at the Roxas City Police Station.
