James De Los Santos further boosted his points tally to cement his world no.1 spot in the virtual kata rankings after hauling three gold medals in just a day.
Despite fatigue concerns in pulling-off three world-class acts in his virtual kata craft, De Los Santos showed he had the heart of a true champion.
Fresh off a momentum-clinching gold medal victory during the Venice Cup, De Los Santos was able to dominate two more tournaments, the third edition of the E-Karate Games and the Rome International Endas Karate Cup.
De Los Santos was able to clinch two golds in two different events during the E-Karate Games, prevailing over South Africa’s Silvio Cerone-Biagioni and Switzerland’s Matias Moreno-Domont.
The Filpino virtual kata great then added his third gold medal after imposing his will in the Rome International Karate Cup.
De Los Santos had to go through a tough set of opponents in Alfredo Bustamante, Christian Stengl, and Davide Zompa of Italy but managed to pull-off splendid performances to capture the coveted championship.
