ATTY. Shiela B. Enciso (3rd from right) is the new Regional Director of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Region VI.
Enciso replaced Regional Director Stephen M. Leonidas (2nd from left) who is now assigned as the Regional Director of Region VIII.
With them are the Assistant Regional Directors of Regions VI and VIII – Gideon A. Umadhay Jr., Ma. Fe Malinao and Ismael Aya-ay.
The formal turnover ceremony was held last August 29, 2019 at EON Centennial Hotel and Waterworld, Alta Tierra Village, Jaro, Iloilo City.
It was attended by guests from Region VIII and personnel from the different DAR provincial offices of Region VI headed by their respective Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officers (PARPOs) – Ma. Teresa Valencia (Aklan), Florentino Siladan (Antique), Grace Tunguia (Capiz), Manuel Velasco (Guimaras) Carlos Padilla (Negros Occidental 1) and Teresita Mabunay (Negros Occidental 2).
Joining them also are the Division Heads and technical staff of the Regional Office.
