CSC confers Bronze Award to PDIC for HRM systems

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) recognized the human resource management (HRM) system of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) with a Bronze Award for 2019-2020, in acknowledgment of PDIC’s excellence in elevating the standard of its four core HRM areas namely, recruitment, selection and placement; performance management; learning and development; and rewards and recognition to foster good governance in government.

The CSC confers the award to select government agencies through its Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). Also in photo were Doris P. Romero (leftmost) and Eugene V. Borlongan (2nd from left) from the PDIC’s Human Resource Group.
