The Civil Service Commission (CSC) recognized the human resource management (HRM) system of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) with a Bronze Award for 2019-2020, in acknowledgment of PDIC’s excellence in elevating the standard of its four core HRM areas namely, recruitment, selection and placement; performance management; learning and development; and rewards and recognition to foster good governance in government.
