Cops spread Christmas cheers

Police in Bacolod City and the town of E.B. Magalona in Negros Occidental sent out Christmas cheers and gifts to their constituents recently.
The municipal government of E.B. Magalona in Negros Occidental and the municipal police station distributed gift packs and toys to 140 children and their parents at Barangay Canlusong last December 18.

E.B. Magalona Municipal Police Station led by Police Captain Wilfredo Benoman Jr., along with 1st Negros Occidental Provincial Mobile Force Company, and 605th Regional Mobile Force Battalion – 6, and Mayor Marvin Malacon represented by Vice Mayor Eric Matulac conducted the gift-giving activity as a way of sharing this holiday season.
In Bacolod City, 84 families from different barangays received early Christmas gifts from Bacolod City Police Office headed by Police Colonel Henry Biñas together with Lt. Colonel Levy Pangue DCDA and Lt. Abalayan.
The families received grocery items and rice.



The activity aims to show that PNP personnel care for the less fortunate and that Christmas is the time for sharing and giving.
