CENRO Barotac Nuevo awards land titles
252 beneficiaries received land titles during the Handog Titulo Program of the DENR Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Barotac Nuevo last September 26, 2019 at the covered gym of San Enrique, Iloilo. 252 beneficiaries received land titles during the Handog Titulo Program of the DENR Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Barotac Nuevo last September 26, 2019 at the covered gym of San Enrique, Iloilo.
Iloilo PENR Officer Raul L. Lorilla and Barotac Nuevo CENR Officer Glenn S. Del Norte led the distribution of the titles.
DENR-6 Regional Executive Director Francisco E. Milla Jr. always emphasized that “giving of titles to qualified beneficiaries is among the poverty alleviation programs of the DENR”.
To hasten the processing and issuance of public land patents to qualified beneficiaries, DENR Secretary Roy Cimatu issued on August 1, 2019 the DENR Memorandum Circular No. 2019-04 conducting a nationwide Handog Titulo program every September in celebration of the Lands Anniversary.
