Cebu Pacific is boosting its Clark International Airport hub with new direct routes and increased seat capacity, aiming to reach 1.7 million seats by the end of 2025.
The Philippines’ leading carrier announced the launch of direct flights from Clark to Naga and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, starting October 26 and October 28, respectively.
The Clark–Naga route will operate four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while Clark–San Jose flights will run three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
With these additions, Cebu Pacific will serve 16 destinations from Clark—12 domestic and four international—cementing its position as the airline with the most extensive network from the hub.
This expansion will increase Clark’s hub capacity by 25%, up from 1.4 million seats in 2024, and enable the airline to operate more than 11,000 flights in 2025, compared to around 7,000 flights in 2024—a 49% increase.
To encourage travelers, Cebu Pacific is offering a seat sale until October 31, with one-way base fares to all domestic destinations starting from PHP 99, exclusive of fees and surcharges, for travel until March 31, 2026.
Passengers flying from Clark may enjoy up to 33% lower fares compared to flights from Manila when booked in advance.
“With Cebu Pacific’s expanded network, increased capacity, and more affordable fares, Clark is fast becoming one of the most exciting jump-off points for air travel, giving passengers greater access to key domestic and international destinations,” said Candice Iyog, CEB Marketing and Customer Experience Officer.
“This growth strengthens Clark’s role as a vital tourism, economic, and transportation hub, creating more opportunities for communities in the region and beyond,” she added.
Cebu Pacific’s Clark domestic routes now include Bohol (7x weekly), Boracay-Caticlan (19x), Cebu (18x), Coron (21x), Davao (7x), El Nido (18x), Iloilo (4x), Masbate (7x), Naga (4x), Puerto Princesa (4x), San Jose (3x), and Siargao (14x).
International flights from Clark cover Bangkok (10x weekly), Hong Kong (14x), Singapore (4x), and Tokyo-Narita (7x).
CEB currently operates flights across 37 domestic and 26 international destinations throughout Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
The carrier’s Clark expansion supports broader government efforts to decentralize air traffic from Manila and promote regional development.
Clark International Airport is a key component of Central Luzon’s economic growth, offering proximity to tourist destinations and special economic zones.
The Department of Transportation has been encouraging more airlines to utilize Clark to ease congestion at Ninoy Aquino International Airport and improve connectivity nationwide.
With its upgraded capacity, Cebu Pacific’s Clark hub is poised to play a pivotal role in supporting tourism, business travel, and logistics in the region.
The airline’s strategic investments reflect strong confidence in Clark’s potential as a major aviation gateway in the Philippines.
