ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Reinforcing its commitment to professionalism and accountability, the Capiz Police Provincial Office conducted a surprise drug test for key personnel on June 30, 2025, at Camp Teodorico C. Apil in Barangay Lanot, Roxas City.
The unannounced testing, led by Provincial Director Police Col. Albert D. Tapulao, targeted provincial staff and chiefs of police from all municipal stations across the province.
The initiative serves as a proactive measure to uphold high standards of discipline and integrity, especially among senior leaders expected to set an example in the anti-drug campaign.
The random drug test forms part of the organization’s internal cleansing program, emphasizing a drug-free workplace and strengthening public confidence in law enforcement.
