Capiz cops seize P1.2M worth of illegal drugs in 2021

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Police in Capiz confiscated P1,213,842 worth of illegal drugs in 2021.

According to Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) spokesperson Police Major Ruby Magallanes, 52 drug buy bust operations were conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and various Station Drug Enforcement Teams (SDET).

Magallanes said 64 drug personalities were arrested while 121 charges were filed in courts.

She added that the police never stopped in its campaign against illegal drugs despite the pandemic.
