BACOLOD City – The Bacolod Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) has served final notices to 25 business establishments here for operating without permits.
City Legal Officer Atty. Romeo Carlos Ting Jr. said that these establishments located along Arceo Drive, Brgy. Mansilingan were inspected last Wednesday to warn them about their non-compliance.
These establishments are restobars, and refreshments, among others, according to Ting.
Ting said that it’s their last chance to comply, or else the city will implement closure.
“Wala kami choice. Naghatag na kami last chance. Sa next inspection may closure na gid,” he stressed.
Ting said they will wait for the final report of the BPLO to determine the total number of business establishments that still fail to comply with the permits.
