ON APRIL 1, 2019, San Jose Municipal Police Station under the leadership of its officer-in-charge, Police Lt. Col. Mark Anthony Darroca, led the donning and pinning of ranks on 23 newly promoted PNP personnel in San Jose, Antique.
Also present in the activity is Police Lt. Col. Orly Z Gabinete, deputy police provincial director for administration; Lt. Col. Norby Escobar, deputy provincial director for operations; Lt. Col. Willy Diel, Provincial Investigation and Detection Management Section chief; and Lt. Col. Gordy Angihan, Provincial Internal Affairs Service chief.
Promotion aims to encourage PNP personnel to improve, level up, and take more responsibilities.
