iQor expands reach to Negros

BACOLOD City – iQor Philippines continues to grow as it recruits 300 more employees in Negros Occidental, this month.

During a press briefing at L’Fisher Chalet here yesterday, Marilou Vergara, director for PH marketing operations, said that iQor Philippines has earned the Great Place to Work Certification in the country for this year.

Vergara said that this certification honors iQor’s ability to create rewarding employee experiences through its value-driven culture.

“This is a testament of how we take care of our people,” she added.

Vergara said that such recognition is issued by a global authority. “We’re very honored to have this certification for this year,” she added.

The certification is awarded to organizations that deliver excellent employee experiences and demonstrate best-in-class people practices.

According to Carla Montelibano, senior recruiting manager, 150 slots are availabe for their Bacolod site, while 150 slots are also up for grab at their Talisay site.

Montelibano said the positions available are customer service representative and technical support representative.

As of press time, iQor Philippines has more than 2,000 employees at their two sites in the province.

“We would like to share the opportunities that we are currently providing such as competitive compensation, experience, culture, and incentives,” Montelibano said, adding that their employees treat iQor as their second home.
