Negrosanon Young Leaders Institute’s “Alang sa Pangandoy” Project – for the benefit of teachers and children of Calatrava and Don Salvador Benedicto through an online concert dubbed as Higala.
Alang sa Pangandoy is a joint initiative of Negrosanon Young Leaders Institute Inc and Bakyas Community Development Center Inc to support the Department of Education in its implementation of the Learning Continuity Plan (LCP) for students and teachers in Calatrava & Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental.

Higala 2020 seeks to support teachers and students to have equitable access to resources for the printing of self-learning materials.
Higala ticket costs Php 300 which will be utilized to purchase Alternative Delivery Mode Essentials for teachers and schools, and basic back-to-school kits for children comprising of pad papers, notebooks, pen/pencil, bond paper, expandable envelopes, and crayons.
