Young man nabbed for rape rap

A 20-year-old man facing a rape charge was arrested on August 18, 2022 in Molo, Iloilo City.
Police operatives collared Randy Bellosillo at his home in Barangay East Timawa, Molo.
Members of the Iloilo City Police Station 4, together with personnel from the Iloilo City Mobile Force Company and the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG)-Iloilo/Bacolod, arrested the suspect for violation of Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code docketed in Criminal Case No. 22-87823.
Judge Cyril Regalado of the Regional Trial Court 6 Branch 31 in Iloilo City issued the arrest warrant on Aug. 17, 2022.
No bail was set for his temporary liberty.
Bellosillo is Molo district’s fourth most wanted man.
Executive Master Sergeant Romelo Tabuyoc, ICPS4 investigator, said the alleged rape incident happened this year in Barangay East Timawa.
The suspect’s former girlfriend, who reportedly hails from Pavia, Iloilo, hauled him to court.
Bellosillo was charged through regular filing in court.
