BACOLOD City – A motorcycle rider died in a road accident at Barangay Poblacion 1, Sagay City, Negros Occidental last Tuesday.
Killed was Andy Fabiosa, 20, of Barangay Poblacion 2.
Based on police investigation, Fabiosa was allegedly drunk while driving his motorcycle.
The victim suffered head injuries when he hit his head on the pavement.
He was taken to a hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
