Woman wanted for 31 theft counts arrested in Ivisan

ROXAS CITY, Capiz — A woman wanted for 31 counts of theft was arrested Thursday afternoon, Aug. 27, in Ivisan, Capiz.
Police identified the suspect as alias “Ann,” 20, of Barangay Mianay, Ivisan.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Ramcis John Alano Honrado of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Ivisan-Dao.
The court recommended bail of PHP 6,000 for each count.
The suspect is under the custody of the Ivisan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition and court referral.
Meanwhile, the Sigma Municipal Police Station arrested a carpenter wanted for murder in Barangay Poblacion Norte, Sigma, Capiz.
Police identified the suspect as alias “Jon,” 38, a resident of Barangay Mangoso in the same town.
The warrant of arrest was issued Nov. 29, 2016, by a judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 85 in Quezon City.
No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
He is under the custody of the Sigma Municipal Police Station for proper disposition and court referral.
