BACOLOD City – A woman was arrested in a buy-bust that led to the recovery of more than P1 million worth of suspected shabu along 17th Street, Barangay 5 here last Sunday.
Police arrested Liza Lausa, 54, of Barangay Sum-ag here.
Lausa, according to the police, allegedly yielded155 grams of suspected shabu worth P1,054,000, the P500 marked money, and P12,000 boodle money.
The operation was conducted by the PNP Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG)-6 in coordination with Police Station 2, where Lausa is currently detained.
Lausa has yet to be reached for comment on the allegations against her.
