ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The seventh most wanted person in Western Visayas, who is facing a qualified rape charge, was arrested Friday evening, April 10, at his house in Pilar, Capiz.
The Pilar Municipal Police Station, led by Police Capt. Achilles P. Fangco Jr., Pilar police chief, under the supervision of Police Col. Albert D. Tapulao, director of the Capiz Police Provincial Office, served the warrant of arrest at about 6:15 p.m. against alias Don-don, 37, a farmer and resident of Barangay Tabun-acan, Pilar, Capiz.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Joan Marie B. Vargas-Betita of Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in Roxas City, Capiz, dated March 31, 2026.
The court recommended no bail for his temporary liberty.
He is under the custody of the Pilar police for proper disposition and court referral.
