Alex Buenavista, 37, faces charges for violating Republic Act No. 10591, or the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition. He was arrested by the Provincial Intelligence Unit at his house in Barangay Cogon.
Recovered from Buenavista’s home were a .38-caliber firearm with eight live rounds, a homemade defective shotgun with one live round, a 9mm bullet, and a holster.
