Wanted call center agent arrested in Passi City

A 36-year-old call center agent accused of lewd conduct was arrested on the morning of Sept. 23 in Passi City, Iloilo.
The suspect, identified only as alias Fritz, was apprehended at his home by joint operatives of the San Jose Municipal Police Station in Antique and the Passi City Police Station.
Police said the arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by a San Jose, Antique court on Nov. 22, 2024, for two counts of lascivious conduct under Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610, as amended by RA 11648 or the Stronger Protection Against Rape and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Act.
Authorities said bail was set at PHP 180,000 for his temporary release.
Police records showed the suspect is listed as the fifth most wanted person in Antique.
Investigators said he originally came from Antique but moved to Passi City after marrying a local resident.
The suspect is now under police custody for proper disposition of his case.
