I am now staying in my hometown in Capiz and I enjoy the fresh sea breeze off.

I was recently invited by the vibrant businessman Pepe Del Rosario and wife Tatin Del Rosario for a day of basking in their family-owned white sand resort in the sprawling Gigantes island of Carles, Iloilo.

Named after Pepe’s dad, Antonio and her daughter Amara, The Antara Island Resort was an ideal place for swimming what with its emerald water.

We basked on its unspoiled pristine white sand after one hour and a half sea travel from Roxas City.

We really enjoyed our day of breathing safe fresh air, swimming in the resort’s awesome and cool turquoise waters, and lush green forestry of the Del Rosario famille’s island paradise.
