BACOLOD City – Negros Occidental Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer said he will not use the service vehicle provided by the provincial government to his office.
Instead, Ferrer said he will use his personal vehicle and will not get gasoline allowance as well.
He said he will delegate the service vehicle of the vice governor to a member of the provincial board.
Ferrer also said that he will use his personal funds to refurbish the Sangguniang Panlalawigan session hall.
He declined to say how much he is willing to spend.
Meanwhile, Ferrer said the Sanggunian Panlalawigan member already assigned their committee chairmanships.
As to the personnel at the SP and the Vice Governor’s Office, Ferrer said there will be some changes in his office.
He has yet to name his chief of staff.
