UPVTC to offer BS App Math for AY 2022-2023
The University of the Philippines Tacloban College (UPVTC) will offer Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics (BS App Math) starting academic year 2022-2023. The program will be offered by the UPVTC Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. The University of the Philippines Tacloban College (UPVTC) will offer Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics (BS App Math) starting academic year 2022-2023.
The program will be offered by the UPVTC Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
It will serve as training for the following careers:
– Mathematician Statistician Educator / Teacher
– Actuarial analyst
– Business analyst
– Data scientist
– Forecast analyst
– Risk analyst
– Operations research analyst
– Mathematical modeler
In its first year of offering, the program will accept shiftees, transferees, and applicants of the UP College Application (UPCA) in the Degree Program with Available Slot (DPWAS) category.
