Upline wants to point meeting place of CEO

ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The upline of the 15-day “double your money investment” scheme is willing to reveal the meeting place of her chief executive officer (CEO) Josephine Astra Ramos.
Anna Mae Barroa stood pat on her statement that the millions of pesos invested by some individuals in Brgy. Libas here were not in her hands or possession as she entrusted the money with Josephine Astra Ramos.
Ramos identified herself as a native of Capiz but temporarily residing in Homesite, Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City.
Barroa has apologized to another “Josephine Ramos”, a namesake of their CEO, from Brgy. Banica here who was involved in the controversy.
A member of the Lupong Tagapamayapa, the second Josephine Ramos from Brgy. Banica is planning to sue Barroa.
Barroa said that she is willing to face the consequences of her action even as she claimed that she was also a victim of the investment scam.
Barroa is facing estafa charges for allegedly failing to return some P30 million worth of investment by several individuals in Brgy. Libas here.
